I've had similar issues since the update, sometimes stops at 97% other times 85% but also often will charge to 100% with no issues.
I've found if you remove the charger lead and turn the bike on and off and re connect charger it will finish off upto 100%.
I've not tried charging the battery off...
If you looking for a rear mudguard I've found a front Rrp Pro guard max fits like a glove on the reign, just drilled 2 holes to loop a zip tie through on the lower chainstay brace.
It keeps the bike much cleaner and really helps keeping water out of the motor area.

I recently changed mine to a steel sram eagle 34t 104BCD, had to use some chainring nuts I had knocking about in my toolbox as said above the praxis ring is threaded, no issues using the existing bolts with new nuts in the sram ring.

Was it top or bottom of battery that you tightened? I have a bad rattle that I can't find, sounds like its from the top of the battery but everthing seems tight. It's starting to get real annoying 🤬
Yep I was blaming the door too but I happened to take the battery out to pull through the rear mech cable a bit as it came with a massive loop sticking out of the chain stay, The battery lock wasn't very tight, I could move the top of the battery, I didn't realise until I refitted it that as...

I did wonder that, I'll have a look on the garage floor 🤦🏻♂️, I've only just put the foam in before it's wash.
Trying to cut down on the rattles, I think the culprit was the battery lock not properly tightened by the shop but the cables looked prone to rattling too.
What goes in the holes to blank them off where the range extender fits?
Just given the bike it's first wash after the weekend and whatever was in them isn't there anymore 🤔
Luckily I had put some foam under the cables under the battery to stop then rattling this kept the worst of the water out...

I ride with a mate on a kenevo sl, well impressed with how it gave u 150% battery on the display with the extender plugged in then once your down to 100% you could ditch it. Impressive range on it too.
Yep your right! It was quite loose, maybe I should of tried that before posting 🤦🏻♂️ I just assumed they would all have a bushing etc.

Would be handy if it did so you can ditch the extra weight once it's been used if the car is handy.
Just got my reign e+1 and had 2 rides on it, blown away by his good it rides........but....... noticed when I got it back today it knocking as I dropped the rear wheel out the van, on closer inspection it has noticeable play on the lower shock bush/mount causing a knocking, I could hear it on...
