I had the same issue on my Reign. I think the shop replaced the controller and that fixed it? I’m not sure though. Good luck.

My bike (E+0) has started turning off on its own. When it comes back on it resets the button mapping which is kind of weird. Shop is looking at it, hopefully it's a simple fix! I went for a ride on my non-e bike and it felt like I was stuck in molasses (lol). Too spoiled.
