Could have used a Yamaha motor :) I am sure that they will do as well as the motor bike manufactured ebikes, but think these are more for the collector than average joe's.
Just ordered a couple of T-shirts from the EMBN black Friday sale - 50 / 50 on the channel content but there seem to be a few merchandise bargains there.

I am looking to get a new wheelset for my 2021 Turbo Levo Comp to replace the standard Roval wheels, looking at either DT-Swiss 350 Hubs or Hope, but do I need to specify Boost or non-Boost?
I use a Pragmasis D lock through the rear wheel for my motorbikes with an Abus Granit disc lock up front, won't stop anyone lifting it up and throwing it into a van, but hopefully will deter the casual / opportunist thief. The Pragmasis is not light and not sure i would like to ride around with...
Went to Peaslake carpark 2 as suggested, not sure if it was the satnav or just that the roads leading to it were all single track winding roads, but got there for around 9am and the carpark was relatively empty.
Managed around 15 miles in total around Hurt Wood according to Strava, I was a tad...
Anyone currently riding Surrey hills at all, I am looking to drive down tomorrow for a few hours (Essex based), wondering if it is relatively dry or should I expect a quagmire?
Also where would you recommend I start from, not been for 25 years, seem to recall parking at Box Hill and having a...
I went over last Friday, not ridden over there before so did not know where to go really so just followed my nose. There was certainly some wet / muddy places but had a decent ride. Lot's of people about on the main / compacted tracks, will be a lot better when / if it dries up that's for...
Do you know if i can use an SRAM chain on the Shimano groupset, I have searched the internet and it's inconclusive, some say it's fine, and others say not to?
Thanks for the info John, i will see if i can get some quick links when i pick the new chain up tomorrow. And a new multi tool with a chain tool incorporated!
Just back from Hadley after the first ride on my Turbo Levo, and on the last lap, at the bottom of the hill by the castle the chain snapped, was a long push up the hill :)
I made sure that I was in a high gear before starting the ascent so maybe it was the mud, or maybe it was in a lower gear...
Thanks Lolp, was planning to park the Epping / Coopersale side and amble around a bit, this will be my first time out on the bike, so doubt i will be getting any air, so not too bothered about landing, a gentle roll would be more likely :)
Just picked up my new bike and was thinking of going over to Epping Forest on Thursday or Friday and wondered if anyone has been lately can advise what the ground is like, can imagine the bridleways being quagmires but hoping that the trails in the woods would be ridable?
I have the smaller rolling tool chest and it's been fine, quality piece of kit for the money, seem to remember it being a lot cheaper, probably had it 5 years or so. I also have one of their compressors, delivery for both items was fine, think the compressor came on a pallet from memory, not...
Going to try the Levo Comp for size and if it is OK I'll make a purchase, read lots of reviews, some great, others less so, mainly about it being the iPhone of the EMBT world in regards to being overpriced for the component set, I think that I'll just have to live with that and time goes by...
I am looking for a bike at the moment and if the right bikes comes in at the right price point I will be going the hybrid route, stick a decent deposit down on the CC (you get the full protection) and then finance the remaining costs over a year or so. I'll cancel my PT sessions at the gym to...
