I've always wondered the same. Only difference I can tell with the looks of the tyres is that these aren't folding tyres as they must have a word bead, but the bead profile is the same as a tubeless one.

Cheers for the info, it's good to know someone out there has given the tyres ago as tubeless. I'm going to give mine ago now for summer and save the Michelin E wilds (which seem a great tyre after 455miles) for winter.

Is that the Comp or team issue your running ? If it's the Comp then I'm going to give it a go

No I thought most tyres on bikes like this would be tubeless but these don't say it on the sidewall bit the bead looks the right shape. Maybe it was old stock Trek had and had to chuck them on it to get the bikes out

I obviously asked about one like I said in November and they was on back order and £540 So I'm guessing it will still be the same now, the hardest thing was trying to get a shop to help. Only shop that answered me was Wheelbase so you could give them a try.

Thats good that Focus have contributed towards the cost of the battery. My internal Battery started to charge back up to 100% again a few months ago so was all good again but I have now sold the bike and replaced it with a Trek rail 5 625wh

Thanks for this Derek but as I found out no one can read a focus own make (Derby cycles) battery health/charge cycles, just it's state of charge.

I hear what your saying with the range changing, which it does when I'm riding like it will do more range when I'm not doing any climbing but that's not what I'm on about. I use Stunlocker to look at the amount of charge that is in the battery once fully charged and it's only been showing 91%...

Yes I went though all this with Focus in March when my bike was just under two years old. Like I said they told me it was within their tolerances and I could send it in but would charge me 100 euro to send it back if they found no fault with it. I found one problem to be that no one in the UK...

When you say duff it's not actually duff. it charged to 88% today and even though I had the tech pack on the bike it managed tonights 2o mile ride with 2 bars showing, I think it was showing about 6 mile range left on eco. So the bike can still do the miles, just lost 10% or range. Like I say I...
