The weird thing is, I don't think they have opened anything.
I presume they probably recognize the sound from previous cases.
Btw. I bought the bike 2 years and 3 weeks ago, so warranty is out anyway?
Thanks, but didn't really answer my question; do you know if there is any chance of catastrophic failure if I don't change them, if they are worn down?
Hi,
A very slight cracking sound is coming from the crank on my Kenevo Comp 2020, mostly when it hasn't been used in a while.
Bike shop tells me it's the "engine bearings" that needs a change.
Problem is they are having issues with getting parts, and I've planned a eMTB holiday in a week+...
Hi,
I am having some issues when turning on my Kenevo 2020 Comp.
More specifically, randomly it won't turn on, but it stays on if it does.
I just noticed one of the pins in the Rosenberger connector was pushed in a little - or worse, a bit of it broke off.
If it's just pushed in, is there...
Hi,
The Mission Control app will no longer connect to the bike. It just says "Connecting" - and then disconnects immediately Look at this video: Dropbox - Screen_Recording_20200408-154052.mp4 - Simplify your life

Hi guys. Just a quick dropper question.
Will this one fit in 170mm (505mm) on my 2019 Kenevo?
I honestly just need some quick and cheap replacement...I know it kinda sucks, I just don't have a lot of money right now.

Ok, stupid question coming up.
Which one of these do I turn to remove the arm? Outer or inner? I've tried to turn the inner one, and it loosens, but only for half a turn, and it's completely tight again?
Quick update.
I believe @dutchi had the correct answer here.
It turns out the nuts (there are two of them, one black and one chrome) on the hub itself were loose, creating space between the cassette and the rim itself, leaving less space for the bolt.
This was not very obvious, even though...
Thanks guys!
Can anyone please take a picture similar to the first one i posted, or even better, measure the axle like I did?
I'm thinking perhaps the bike shop messed up and put in a (shorter) axle from a different Specialized bike?
Hi,
The rear wheel bolt on my Kenevo came loose the other day, causing a rattling sound.
I just tightened it, and really didn't think much more of it.
When I took a closer look today though, it almost seems like there is something missing on the "nut end", as there is about 1 cm of thread...
