That's really sad to hear. Especially with all that evidence.
Speaking first hand, I know how much less of a priority tracing stolen mountain bikes are for the Police.
There's so few us these days and we're absolutely stretched the max in terms of resources, priorities unfortunately lie...
Thanks Rob. They've already been in touch. A year and a half later, he recognised my bike in his local police station and got in touch with me.
I was reunited with my bike the following day!
What a community 👍🏻 👌🏻
I think large is fine from what I've heard so hopefully you're all good! May be a bit crammed fitting the shotgun once you've swapped the stem spacer for the shotgun spacer due to cables still effectively coming up from the headset but I'm sure you'll manage!! Good luck 🤟🏻
What size frame have you got? If it's medium you may encounter several issues with regards to fork clearance under the downtube and also clearance for the shotgun spacer if changing stems
2023 Santa Cruz Bronson CS 4.1 Medium with upgraded Lyrik Ultimate Forks - Mint.
Selling my Santa Cruz Bronson as its just not used enough. It was purchased at the end of last year from twelve50 bikes.
The forks were upgraded and swapped out for new Lyrik Ultimates and the frame completely...
Yeah sure, the spacer is made by reverse components

Close up it makes the frame/fork look a tad 'gappy' but you'll soon forget it's even there. With that spacer installed I now only just get fork clearance of the...
Just logged back in after several weeks and seen this. Exact same thing happened on my bike after a very slow 'over the bars' a few weeks back.
Couldnt believe how easily that part broke tbh. Fortunately I had the universal stem kit ready to replace the broken part and have went down the...
Best looking one so far 😍 I'm assuming you're fork crown clears the underside of your downtube seeing as you've fitted your own stem/removed the knokblock feature??
Thanks for taking time to reply, I'm going to do a bit of investigation with my bike when the rain stops. I'm a medium but pretty sure the fork crown will hit my frame as I had a quick look the other day..... We'll see!
Lovely bike! I see youve put your own stem etc on. I have the parts to do this but was concerned about the clearance of the top of the fork under the downtube with the knockblock function removed? Any issue?
Thanks! You'll want to aim for an area known as Glassie bike park/the bunkhouse. Check it on YouTube at some point. A lot of work being done up that hill 👍🏻
It's quite a long laborious task, especially when you're OCD won't allow for any bubbles etc. I've done about five bikes now and I'm always battling against the sunset by the close of day 😂
I also have a 3 and 1 year old so rarely get time to myself.
How fast do you do a bike??
My M10 arrived last week and I've just spent the day invisiframing it! The original frame that I received went straight back under warranty for several paint issues. This one, albeit not perfect, is a lot better! The colour in the sunshine is truly outstanding! Cannot wait to take it for a spin!!!
Tbh, the raw carbon look on these frames doesn't appeal to me. It does look pretty bad but I guess the lighting conditions will make a significant difference highlighting the carbon fibre weave also?
I'm assuming the actual final gloss coat is smooth though and not rough which is how it looks...
I've waited around 7 weeks for my frame replacement from Orbea. What's the usual average wait time for a replacement frame?
I was told custom frames take longer which I understand however my custom frame was all one colour so that doesn't wash with me
