Mine is missing from the box of bits that was supplied with it? I bought it with a range extender as well.

Did your bike come with the battery connector cover supplied?

Do you mean the large square cover that you place on the nest when the main battery 🔋 is removed?
 
That cover should come with the bike. Mine was either in a ziplock-style bag or in the case that contains the owner’s manual.

Yes, mine came with that. I'm glad I read this thread as I had no idea what that cover was for. 🤦‍♂️
