Wheels are HXC1501 : 1875 but now with the Sram XD Driver could be less since I only found the alloy one and not the steel which si around 50 grams heavier. Awesome wheels , can't faul them

But did you have issue with the HS2 ? I see you have it in the front. I have them, and work fine but wondering how the galfers stood up. Make sure the piston masage is done corectly and they are a blast too use. Best brakes ever.

As for the weight, it's a bit strange, I've done a comparsion of your parts to mine and even if we factor the 550 grams for the full carbon frame , the difference should be around 320 - 330 grams . Maybe you can try anoter scale ? I've done my measure initially with a classica luggage scale and was off by 3 to 400 grams . Now with a calibrated one I'm at 23.05 with pedals

For the weight measurement, I’ll look for a luggage scale to check. I weighed it on my personal scale by holding the bike .

I've never liked the hs2's because of the weird harmonic they have when the pads rub a little.
The galfers do feel like they have a little more power. In that picture, I was just trying out 223mm front and rear, and decided I liked it, and replaced the front hs2 with a galfer as well.
I've done piston massages and vacuum brake bleeds a plenty. I have 4 bikes with mavens on them right now.
They're an okay brake, but I'd place hayes, trp evo pros, hope's and intends above them.
Power is good on the mavens, lever draw weight is terrible, initial engagement is fairly consistent when freshly maintained, initial bite can be a bit abrupt. The best part about them is they teach you not to use your brakes, certainly they discourage any kind of "comfort" braking, due to the lack of finesse.
They can be a liability when they're getting close to needing a service. High freestroke lever effort combined with an abrupt bite point and an inconsistent engagement can be a recipe for pain in drier, low traction conditions (every bike park at the end of season).

As for weights, a couple hundred grams is splitting hairs on bikes this heavy, and definitely within the error probability of a luggage scale.
Bare in mind that one potential factor is that the ohlins 38m2 is the lightest of the 38mm forks available, by a couple hundred grams on the ones I've weighed.
Weight weenies and e-bikes, what a time to be alive. I have a 400wh battery on order.

I have taken the bike out a few times now that the weather has improved.

I definitely notice the weight reduction, and the battery is not rattling, so I am happy.

Yeah, I really enjoy my 400wh battery bike weight and balance. It just feels better.

Did you tweak the motor settings a bit to get a little more range? The weight is definitely nice, but I'm falling short by about 8-10% on the regular loop I do around my place to be fully comfortable

I get enough range, so I am happy with it.

Tour+ 500w 70nm gets me a good 2 to 3 hours of ride time.
