At least if he was going to sue you think it would be for something valid ? Like, My downtube was sooooo fat that I failed to find a wife because all the females went off with guys with far more attractive looking bikes.

Hell, I broke 4 ribs recently after tripping over the baby gate and falling down the stairs. I was back on my gravel bike after 3 weeks and my mountain bike after 4.

I’m betting he’ll win if it goes to trial though or Spesh will settle before it gets to that point. The precedent has already been set for those types of lawsuits in the US, Segway lost a bunch of them including one that cost them $10 million.
