Designed for the ones that favor function rather than form, for sure, so that a test ride would be a must to have a positive opinion about it.
That DH fork and seatpost angle defy logics IMHO.

Haibike website is shite... trying to find out what the shock length is on that ohlins, And the standover height, thinking get my mrs one of these for xmas and swap the suspension on my crestline, forks will work, no info on shock

I'm going to try get a demo. I bet its a monster truck, there's something I really like about it.
Do me a favour.. Take a tape measure and check eye to eye, travel on the shock. and if theres a small or medium there check standover pls

Shock looks big, maybe a 75mm stroke on that. I will find out.

Thanks, The crestline is 230x65, also 44mm offset on the forks. ohlins DH38 start at 46mm which i could live with, dont want to go any more as im already under recommended height of my bike.

I think it's Ian Richard on YouTube who had a kenevo now has one of these.
He is a big sender, will be interestering to see if he breaks it.

I must be in the minority as I think it looks great, but I do like the haibike style anyway.

Wish this deal was on before I bought my stereo 160, not that I'm disappointed with it in any way, but this thing looks like a beast.
Would I be mad to consider a swap 😬

Two very different bikes though, that's a full on downhill sender, the cube being more of an enduro weapon (with a better motor imo)
Depends entirely on your riding. This is definitely a shuttle for downhill slaying.

Geometry is a bit funky now I've looked into it.
A large with a 470mm seattube isn't ideal for getting the seat down low.

I have a 4 year old nduro, great bike, Bosch, no problems.

Got to see one of these in the flesh yesterday at the bike park. It looks even nicer in person, the colours have a metallic sheen and the suspension looks sweet, the only thing I wasn't keen on is the green on the rear triangle.
Still love the look of it though.

Chatting to the guy who was coming off an older Haibike which had the pw2 motor, he said the 8 with the pw3 felt a bit sluggish compared to his old bike, I've ridden the pw2 motor, and it is eager to get going, but he put it down to the slacker geo and 27Kg weight! The pw3 is definitely more powerful.
He also mentioned app support is pretty much non-existent, so no ability to customise power delivery like the Bosch smart system.

Like you say as a down hill sender I bet it's amazing, and it will get you back to the top fairly well, but as an all day adventure bike with it's weight I'd struggle.

Reaffirmed my choice with the Stereo 160 but for £4200 it's got to be the bargain of the year.

Think I like it 🤦🏼‍♂️, certainly get a lot for ya money , I certainly wouldn’t be worried about its weight and I bet the thing slices through every thing you throw at it
