I'm curious about these but as they were bought secondhand they could be a bit of a lemon :unsure:
front were complete & bled - fetl good off a bike, rear was cut (as normal) so will be connected and bled then tried with external hose routing to save the hastle involved with removing /...

I know these bikes s I have a gen2 Range Vlt that has the same headset (1.8" lower bearing.)
I've not had issues with the headset knocking but wonder if your stem-cap is not tightening against the bearing / stem spacers but actually tightening against the steerer-tube so needing a little more...
I've yet to describe a fox product as excellent, good or ok maybe but theres other brands I use:unsure:
I have a few fox transfer droppers, not in bikes but in emergancy spares (wrong sizes for my bikes so redundant & I dont like their tendancy to 'stick':mad:)
we do have 4 x Oneup v2 dropper...
unless your foot slips foreward (on the verry grippy pins) thats not going to happen as they naturally bias you to 'heel down' :cool:
that does happen, pedals with good / new bearings naturally revert to pins upwards but greased or worn out bearings can slow and drag the rotation😶

I'll agree that the gen2 (what I have) is a bit of a bruiser but it's a downhill weapon :p the newest (gen4) is essentially the same frame split into different travel options with the Range being the longest travel option:unsure:
