I invisiframed my PowerFly 9.7 a couple of years ago. It still looks amazing everywhere it's covered by the film. Not so much on parts not covered - like around the edges of the battery cover and the ends of the chainstays. Trek really needs to up their paint game.

Could be the bolt that attaches the the bottom part of the rear shock to the frame. I had this clicking and checked that bolt. It is made of aluminium (WTF) and wears quickly. Greasing it up took away the clicking sound temporarily.

This happened to my PowerFly 9.7 as well - especially on rough terrain with roots and rocks.
After my local Trek shop tried to fix it five times, I told them the sixth time that either they would fix it for good now or I would want a full refund. So they decided to ship it to The Netherlands...
There is no app for the 3 gen. Bosch motors. Don't think there is even any for the new 4 gen. motors.
That being said, I really enjoy the EMTB mode on my 3 gen Bosch motor.
I remember talking to my local Trek shop about it. I could get any stem and they would cut out the fitting for the knock block. In the end I just got another shorter Bontrager stem.
