    Shimano warranty

Thanks, I contacted the seller and he said there was no warranty, I don't think he's a authorised dealer. Don't think it's worth the risk.

    Shimano warranty

I've seen a new e8000 motor on ebay in Germany. I'm in the UK, would the warranty be valid?

    Out of warranty repairs

Has anyone had a motor sent back to shimano for a repair that's was out of warranty? Had the w013 and e010 come up on my bike a few times, it's with the lbs at the minute. Just don't fancy forking out £800 for a new motor

Perma-E010 error preceded by an intermittent then solid W013 error

Not looking good for me. Thanks guys. Lbs is closed at the minute but I've been in contact and hopefully he can sort it without me having to fork out for a complete motor. New motor

I've bought a bike without a motor, shimano are saying they don't sell motors separately, only warranty returns and for manufacture. And they also say that the motor needs to be programmed to the bike. I've seen e7000 motors and e8000 motors for sale in Europe (I'm in the UK) nobody is willing...
