You need to follow the instructions from Radixx. The bikes display doesn't show much: only BT is activated for 10 sec after power up of bike. Did you try your app during that 10 sec? Password might be 0000 or 000000. The app should show the SCE7000 from the bike as Sapientiea...
My best setup is XT 11-46 with HG driver and 38T drive. Real smooth and gearing about right for me. Had to do some adjusting of the chain guide.
Other backup setup is SRAM XG-1150 10-42 with XD driver and 34T drive.
Might be able to get by with 36T drive on both setups.

In USA: ordered mine last month and got it right away. Mount was assembled wrong (spacers on wrong sides). Shows in stock.

I do see the foam on the drive side of my bike. Haven't removed guard.

My guesses from looking at the parts exploded diagram:
1) M5 screw...so maybe 3Nm? would see how much it compresses the guard.
2) drawing shows it in the center (via vert line in drawing)
3) Looks like tall foam part in front.
Have 2019 pro race with di2 and ready to throw the e13 in the trash. Going for option 5 and just received the Shimano HG driver from e13; looks good and sure happy they have it now. Also got micro spine driver for possible 12sp conversion later.

Got my light and installed today. Order 1st day in US. Didn't have a spare YT grommet for wire so just made 3 layers of shrink tube. Bar mount is on left of stem and have Garmin 830 next to that.
Must enable light in app and also then also on 7000 display....then light will come on.

Got a Shim XT CNT-HG701 (11sp w/ quick link) chain for my pro race. Should be exactly what was on it. Just make sure the text is on the outside cuz the 11sp chain is unsymetrical...slightly different on each side. The orig one was on backward from factory.
So I guess the motor was fine after all....
