One of my trunnion bearings felt tight. I popped the seal and added some grease to it. Moving again but feels a bit notchy. Tried to tap it out of the carbon frame but wouldn’t budge & I didn’t want to tap it too hard. Will need to address this,I think, but not sure the correct method for...

145 lbs. running 350-400 progressive DVO on a Jade X. Ride chunky desert, but not jumps/drops over about 3 feet.

My free truing tool is a short scrap of aluminum bar with a slot cut in it….

Small shot of dry lube on the plastic shaft made it much easier to pull out on mine.

Any comments on running the 145s? Currently have 160s on Bosch and considering trying 145.

I used a cutoff wheel on a die grinder to cut the EC bead. Tire comes right off.

I’ve run the following on a 2023 M10 medium…. DVO Jade DVO Jade X Ohlins TTX22M.2 (MTBM 2228 - with compression lever rotated from factory location)

I had good results with the Shockcraft calculator (cost a few $$). They seem to input more variables than most other calculators.

Be wary fitting the latest RS SDU to a 2023 carbon Wild. RS does not recommend due to interference at the trunion head (specific case I know of was interference on a medium M10 under full compression).
