My 2019 Levo Carbon Expert motor failed earlier this year. While the motor was replaced under warranty, the LBS charged be $300 to install the new motor. I did not buy my bike at this shop. Is it reasonable to pay a Specialized dealer to install a warranty motor?

I've owned 2 spec Levo emtbs. Was down for a month with the first due to connection issues and just replaced the Brose on my 2019 Expert. I'm skeptical as to quality of the motors and connections, but sure do enjoy the ride!

After 2 weeks, the issue was resolved, Specialized got around to me :) Back on the trails again...regaining my sanity.

Specialized warrantied my motor, the LBS installed it last week. There is an issue with the battery linking to the motoer that LBS tells me is Specialized's responsibility. I've waited about a week for the issue to be resolved. Anyone have a similar experience. I'd like to get back out riding!

Just an old guy who loves to ride. I previously rode a 2016 Turbo Levo Aluminium with the 27.5 plus tires. I now own a 2019 Turbo Levo Expert Carbon with 2.6" 29rs and find this bike better handling and more fun to ride. Don't really care which specs make me like it better, I just do. No...
