Unless I’m missing something the Knock Block failed and did not do its job, Damage should have never occurred. Trek should replace the frame no cost. Reason enough for me to shy away from Trek Rail. I crash a lot and would surely ruin a frame quickly.

Are these openings normal? The huge gap between the frame and the motor and also both bolt holes are open... I surely hope this is the way it came from the factory. If it is there must be a ton of water and mud going in there... Thanks for any advice Bert
