Other New Trek Fuel+ TQ 120nm Dual battery

Perhaps someone was confusing america's 9/7/26 as being European or Austrailian?? :ROFLMAO: That would be funny if it was really Sept 7th and not July 9th!

Seriously though, as it's Trek it could be midday CDT which is in 1:10 minutes or it could be midnight. Or never and the OP was full of BS...

This is what you call a leak, Doesnt relate to actual release date.
Dealer Preorders are live now - Actual normie people release is coming soon for availability jan 27.

Well interestingly, Trek just announced a new Fuel which when you click on the link, doesn't actually exist yet in the builder. So perhaps they are beginning to roll out 2027 models....

Looking through the configurator I see all current Fuel+ bikes have been updated with 2027 parts at lower prices. Availability is mid December. Motor is still HPR60 with 580wh battery.

For example:
Old LX 9.9 XO was $11,699.99 now discounted to $10,199.97. Had Fox suspension.
New LX 9.9 XO is $10,199.99. This has 2027 Rockshox ZEB with Vivid Air on the rear. Weirdly it still has the Fox Neo droppper, so it looks like suspension was the only major change.

So bottom line is that new Fuel+ did drop today - at a lower price - but it is only a spec change to the suspension and perhaps other parts. Frame and motor remain the same.

Makes my EX 9.7 for $6k + 2027 Lyrik/Vivid Air + my existing carbon wheels and nice stuff for a total of $9k seem like a good deal. Plus I have it now.

As to the rumored TQ HPR120X? Well I think there are some mixed signals here. It is either coming on a different bike first (like the Rail) or it is for another year. I don't doubt there will be an upgraded motor but it looks like there won't be one for the Fuel+ this year.

Also I see there is no Aluminum version of the EX now, only carbon starting from $6k for the US market.

EDIT. A lot of the images in the configurator appear to be pointing to the wrong bike at the moment. This appears to be the new LX 9.9 XO.

EDIT2: No this is actually the Eagle 90 build. For $8,700 I would say this is the LX build to have. You still get the Rockshox ultimate suspension, and you get cable Eagle 90. Based on my experience with the cheaper Eagle 70 I'll honestly claim that the mechanical shifting is better than the AXS version. I'd rather have 90 over XO.

Cant wait untill It gets released soon and Puts a few of these People in their place.
You should be able to go to the local store an pick one up in January 2027.
NZ didnt even get the Fuel+ TQ60 and apparently alot of markets didnt because they wanted a bike out there but not a huge amount of stock due to the newer TQ coming.
I dont have any information if they will run the TQ60 and TQ120 alongside each other.

Rail G5 has its new colours etc Ready for 2027 - Rail Frame is unchanged physically - According to The sales Rep it will change when the new Bosch comes.

I miss mine already! This bike is so sick. Threw some XC tires on it and 37 mile rides from my doorstep out and back to my local trail system unlocked so much terrain for me. Not even really interested in the new avinox stuff after riding the tq60. Just need to find one that works.

It's possible that TQ isn't quite ready but the 2027 bikes were so Trek released then now with existing motor and perhaps will spec change the motor when ready. Though if that is the case then it would imply it fits the current frame. Not sure if that is realistic.....
