What happened to the motor and how many Kms on the old motor please?

The motor would make a sound like it was over revving but disengaged--this was after 14 months of heavy use--I'm guessing 1200Km (I never use Mission Control and when I look at it now, I can't find any milage--I only just started BLEVO after finding this GREAT forum)
I moved since buying Levo and new LBS wouldn't give me the old motor or say exactly what was wrong--I don't think they really knew

Here’s mine, a 2018 base model. Upgrades include Spank Vibrocore bars, ODI Rouge grips, fabric Scoop saddle, DMR Vault pedals, 504wh battery, command dropper, hope floating rotors, RS Yari forks and Spesh eliminator 27.5x2.6 tyres

2017 Comp here. Pretty standard apart from Hope rear brakes and a Charge Spoon saddle. Did 55 miles on it on Saturday when the Yaris decided to get stuck at only 50% extension which seems to be a known problem.
