Orbea x Avinox Rumours

Were they able to get you the price yet? Care to share?
Stoked for you. I maybe should have waited for the Avinox version as I knew it was coming. But I thought I would be riding now; didn't know that I was going to blow my knee out on my second ride on my new (Bosch) Wild that only has like 30 miles on it. :(
Was also indicated to me that it would be third or fourth quarter before I could get one and the price would be considerably higher.
I don't really care about the motor, but I do care about that hardwired dropper post and possibly the fancy new shock as well.

Ps. I still have a hard time believing that weight with a proper spec. Maybe that's trail tires, 600 wh battery, no sealant & no pedals in a medium? Basically catalog weight. That said my own Wild in a large with dual coil suspension dual downhill tires, dual downhill rims, electronic shifting and electronic 200 mm dropper sits right at 22.2 kgs ready to ride. The bikes are light!
I hear you on the weight but they did some magic with the Rallon RS and seem to have figured it out. Keep in mind the higher end models will have all carbon bits (wheels and cockpit). The 21 kg weight (in my understanding) is a Large with mullet wheels and a 600 wh battery. Could be wrong (correct me if so) but that would match up with the Rallon RS size L, mullet being right around 18 kg.

I'm also really curious what they do for chain ring protection, as it seems like it's something that Orbea takes quite seriously. For instance my Wild came with an upper chain guide and that's just not something you see anymore.

And I still can't believe how well that bike handles. I've never felt that in tune with any bike and I've had a whole list of highend bikes.
I'm sorry about your knee!! I hope you can ride again soon!! in any case the current wild is a fantastic bike and in my opinion the bosch after the latest update remains an excellent package!! my wild weighs 21.3 with spring ohlins, dd wheels and electronic transmission.
as for the new one, I got it straight away
"forced" to get an M20 and then I will change the parts with my current one. It appears to be mounted as the current wild m20s are mounted. I would have to pay €5500 for it (I buy a lot of bikes and my dealer pampers me).

Which Color you will Take?

I forgot: obviously it doesn't have the electronic seat post and the weight of 20.9 that my LBS told me refers to the team version (therefore with electronic seat post, gx t-type transmission, alu wheels, x2 shock absorber, xt brakes and 600 battery) in the 29 size M version which will be listed for around €10,000

I've already ordered mine, too, and based on what my lbs say,
I'll have it on June 18th. I managed to snag one of the two Wilds that are arriving early for the presentation. As for weight, I've been told that the Team model with electronic seatpost weighs 20.9 with a 600-watt battery.
What model have you ordered? M20?

It's a shame the RS models won't be available until August...

I'll take one of the two that arrive as a preview for my LBS and they're both M20, then I'll change the components with my current ones. I could have ordered the team directly but I didn't have a certain delivery date.

The first model to arrive in stores will be the carbon M20, the base version. The aluminum model will follow. If you want a high-end model or a special MyO edition, you'll have to wait at least a couple of months. It's going to be a busy few months for the Orbea assembly plant, and that's with the August holidays in between.

You've gotten a great price, more than 20% off...lucky you!!!

Yes, unfortunately, that's how it's going to be.

My distributor told me that the delivery date for the M-TEAM RS model, which is the one I ordered, is August, but I'm not sure if it's the beginning or the end? Hope it will be first or second week.

Summer is going to feel endless without bike, but I knew I wanted top components on my first e-bike.

How can you guys already order Bikes that aren't yet officially released? I also want M-Team, probably with MyO and LiveValve Shock.

Wondering if there will be a Coil option?

Through the distributor/store, they have all the information and the ability to do it.

At the moment, MyO is not available, according to the information I have.

I haven't been able to configure it, but perhaps later, when it's enabled, I'll be able to access it and modify my order, especially the components.

He's a dealer who generally offers great prices, but I buy at least one bike from him a year. I've bought three Orbeas in 2024 alone. If I were able to sell my current Wild on my own while I was waiting for the presentation, he'd give me a further significant discount!

Go to your nearest Orbea seller shop and ask them....😉

I have been there and they do as they know nothing... and I am rather a good customer.
Having a Wild, Oiz, Occam already... Rallon I've just sold a year ago ;-)

What about the stock colours for the M-Team? Are they nice?

Just wait for two more weeks … I was told it‘ll be released mid june.

Sorry if I’ve missed it, but any idea if the price of the specs that will be available soonest after release?

I think these will be the starting prices for the carbon models:

M20 - 6999€
M10 - 8499€
M-Team - 9999€
M-LTD - 12499€

Prices are more or less the same as before. Pre-orders through Orbea dealers have already been possible for over a week. The more affordable models should be available soon. I personally placed a pre-order for the M-LTD version, and delivery is expected in August.

if someone has the specs for the m-team/m-ltd version would be great. Upgrade options ?

I will change the fork/damper/brake anyways. (intend)
will try to talk to my dealer today. maybe he has some information.
August would be ok for me.

Dealers already have all the information. And if I'm not mistaken, the embargo expires in the next few days, so everything should become clear soon.

Same date as my M-Team.

The M-LTD is a bit out of my budget, so I opted for the M-Team while waiting for possible component upgrades, about which I have no information.

I had read that the options will include the Fox Podium fork, the 12A charger, carbon wheels, and I suppose some upgrades to the brakes or drivetrain.

Your information about the options is pretty much spot on :)

so i've been at two orbea dealers today. both din't know anything, and could not order or see anything online in their dealer portal.

Very interesting. The bosch wild is quite the bike. Avinox could be amazing. Why not the 700wh though?
There's something odd about how few Avinox bikes utilize the FP700 battery. My suspicion is Avinox provided a heads up that new, high-current batteries with the old/rectangular form factor are over the horizon.

I think they just wanted to have the selling power of the 700 battery exclusive to their Amflow bike, and decided Atherton were prestigious enough and low volume enough to also get one to accommodate their unique design.

Seems unlikely to me that bigger batteries will come out this year as they just released the 2 RS versions bringing their battery range to 5 already. But I guess Avinox is operating at a very different pace than the other brands, so who knows.

The Raymon Tarok also comes with the 700wh battery, and i presume that they will sell a rather large number of this bike, so there is nothing exclusive about this battery
