It's official: 120nm, 600%, but still only 750w.
From MBR:
Bosch has launched a second new over-the-air update for owners of e-bikes with Performance CX gen 5 motors. The upgrade 2.0 increases peak torque to 120Nm and maximum support to 600%, making it easier to access full power from the motor. Given that Bosch has been clear about its views on raising peak power, it’s no surprise that the CX remains capped at 750W. Alongside the increase in torque and support, Bosch is adding the option to tune Extended Boost (motor overrun) in the Flow app, as well as a Drivetrain Tensioner, that makes the motor feel more responsive when getting on the gas. The other big news is that @boschebikesystems finally has a 12A fast charger coming to market which will dramatically improve recharge times and give the potential for double battery days without needing to buy a spare. Unfortunately the chargers are not due to go on sale until the end of 2026. All this combines with Bosch’s Trick Check app launched recently that gamifies the riding experience, giving you stats on wheelies, endos and airtime. One final update is the ability to pair with a @garmincycling device to monitor data such as power, cadence and battery life.
