HELP!!! Purchased TQ V4 Colour display and cant get it to work, all it says is....

"TEST1: WAIT. CONNECTION" TQ App cn not connect to the display. So, anyone here done the swop from V1 Blk/White TQ display to the TQ V4 Colour display and had the same issue happen. YT video seems to show that it should be a straight swop and just work.

I don't believe they are plug and play, you need to use the dealer diagnostics to sync. Perhaps drop it into your TQ dealer and get them to sort it, or someone local that has the TQ dongle?

Hi, Thanks for reply. Shop Connected bike to TQ dealer tool and here what it showed. No option to update new display, tool can not evenfind or connect to display.

I am adding this here for future members to find IF they also encounter the same silly problem to stop them wasting money on trying to figure it out like I have.

UPDATE,
I Posted the New TQ V4 Display to a mate who also owns a neat rr sl. He plugged it in this afternoon, no tool or update needed.
