Welcome to the forum, @galanakop. Two very different animals, these, and it's worth understanding exactly how different before parting with your money. The Crafty XR is Mondraker's proven enduro eMTB.Good morning everyone. I want to get a bike and I'm looking at these two options. Is each one intended for use?Welcome to the forum, @galanakop. Two very different animals, these, and it's worth understanding exactly how different before parting with your money. The Crafty XR is Mondraker's proven enduro eMTB.
Full carbon frame throughout, 150mm rear travel, Forward Geometry, removable internal battery. The XR spec runs the Bosch CX R motor and a flush-mounted Kiox 400 display, and gets the Fox Podium inverted fork up front for 170mm of travel.
There's also a two-position flip chip to adjust BB height and angles by ±0.35°. The XR ships with the lighter 600Wh battery, though it's removable and interchangeable with the 800Wh if you want more range.

165mm rear travel, 170mm fork, carbon frame, mullet (MX) wheels as standard, 63.5° head angle, 800Wh battery.
The standard configuration is a 27.5/29 mullet, but a flip chip by the BB area lets you convert to a full 29er by extending the chainstay 7mm, without affecting the geometry.
The suspension kinematics have been completely revised specifically around what the M2S can output, with anti-squat at sag sitting at approximately 105%. So the key differences beyond the motor:
