DIY bike 3D print files

In case anyone needs it, here's a little replacement grommet/dust guard for the Dengfu E10 DC barrel charging point (over time, mine eventually split and tore). (Similar to @Hagbard 's model above, but with a thumb-tab to aid in removal.)

I think these are a 5.5mm / 2.1mm or 5.5mm/2.5mm plug. This model prints something that fits firmly and yet is easier to remove (with the incorporated thumb-tab) than the original. Designed in OpenSCAD (source file attached).

Print the STL with TPU (I used Overture TPU 95A). Make sure to ENABLE SUPPORTS.

(obviously, remove the .pdf extension before opening in OpenSCAD or your slicer.)

Download the pdf file and change the file extension to .stl and then you can upload it to your 3D printer
