Amflow Customer Support team is here!Amflow Support questions only please

Yes, firmware has been updated to the lastest version and has been in outdoor environments. I think what I was hoping to understand was whether the server that Amflow is trying to connect to has potentially blacklisted Google from connecting to it?
Please understand that currently, SIM cards supporting Amflow’s 4G functionality do **not** include the following types: IoT cards, traffic cards, and directional cards.

Since Google Fi data-only SIM cards do **not** support voice calls and only provide data service, they are currently unable to connect with the Amflow bike.

We hope this information is sufficiently clear. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

Hi Support, after a recent update to the firmware the app is now showing my Pro bike as a none Pro, I have restarted the app etc but it still thinks it is a none pro, even though it still lists the correct cassette from the pro and the 600 battery, so the details are correct in the app, just the image and the naming say none pro ?

Try to unpair and pairing the app again

Hello, thank you for your feedback. May I ask if you have replaced the display or motor recently? If so, we recommend updating both the firmware and app to the latest versions to see if the issue can be resolved. If the problem persists, please contact our after-sales technical support for assistance by emailing [email protected]. Thank you for your understanding!

Feature suggestion - it would be good to be able to reduce the maximum speed for assistance in each riding profile. Obviously this would be limited to whatever the maximum assist speed for the country the bike is registred to, but it would be good to be able to reduce this cutoff speed, so for example ECO mode could be set to cutout at 20km/hr. In some regions there is a lesser speed limit for bikes on shared pathways, and this would assist the rider to keep to a much lower speed limit by selecting a riding mode where the cutoff speed was set lower.

@Amflow_Support

Race Mode is urgently needed.

We are currently facing a serious issue when competing with Avinox motors. Due to their higher power output, these bikes are being placed in open-class categories, which prevents many athletes who compete in age-group categories from participating in competitions.

I suggest the creation of a Race Mode within the Avinox app. This feature would limit power, torque, and speed for a pre-determined period, ensuring compliance with competition regulations. During the selected time frame, it would not be possible to revert to maximum power or speed settings.

Thank you!

I would be interested in this as well, but have no idea how they could implement that? It would have to be something that race officials could take control of your bike and completely lock you out for it to be legitimate in a race setting. I think that would be difficult to pull off.

The Avinox bike owner would adjust their equipment using the app according to the rules of the race, as well as the time period during which the limitation could not be undone.

After this procedure, the competitor would go to the race’s technical official to demonstrate the limitation imposed through the app and receive the participation sticker.

Feature request: Would be cool if I could turn on Avinox through the app if a sim card is active. I could then change settings in the living room without having to go to the cellar and turn on avinox on the bike.

One more feature request

- make the bike ride itself and record on Strava while we're chilling on the couch. You know, with a SIM card it can be set to run a specific route and don't stop until it gets KOM. :rolleyes:

Map and GPX route on the display for route nav...
Ideally, allow you to load your chosen maps, in the UK ordinance survey maps.
Its what I do on my Garmin, that would allow me to eliminate that from my bike,

@Amflow_Support -

SIM card bike connectivity – when configuring the APN settings, it only works if I set the APN protocol to IPv4. However, after some time, the Avinox app automatically changes the configuration back to “Auto,” and I lose communication.
Please check this bug.

Avinox app Bluetooth connection with my iPhone 15 Pro (iOS 26.2.1) – Most of the time, when I start the app, it does not connect to the bike. I have to go to my phone’s Bluetooth settings and reconnect manually.

I'm having this same issue with my iPhone 13 Pro Max (ios 18.7.3). I tried unpairing, deleting and re-installing the app, then paired it again. No improvement.

Most likely it is your zoom setting on the phone. Set font and screen zoom to standard to see if it resolves the issue.
This is the same for most late model Samsung phones. I have S25+ and it has the same issue.

It is not a zoom problem it is an app problem.

The app needs to tell the phone to "hide navigation bar". Or have it's own icons in a ribbon above the navigation bar.

Easy fix. Please sort.

Also, all of my rides double up since I connected the app to Strava.

I have since had to turn off my Bluetooth and remove the SIM card to stop this, but this means I cannot use the theft alarm function.

Please fix this also.

My Amflow PL and Avinox app are fully up to date.

Thank you

I have the same problem on my S25u, it won't auto hide the navigation bar at the bottom so I can't click the app icons. To get around it I used Navstar in the good lock app to make the icons smaller for now, that allows me to click them
