Interesting, it just kills other Motor and Battery systems. Here's a link to a nice article explaining the various assist levels on the Avinox motor and the philosophy behind how it works. Quite interesting.

I have a Wild on order. Should be here very early May.You won't buy either so it doesn't matter![]()
You mentioned above the dreadnoughtE is similar to the druidE but with more travel, does it also remove the lower roller or maintain it like the dreadv2 muscle bike? For 2026 they are dropping the Core and Lite. They will just be DruidE and DreadnoughtE, and you’ll be able to choose if you want a 600wh or 800wh battery.
That's good. The geo on the E-Core felt a bit compromised. For 2026 they are dropping the Core and Lite. They will just be DruidE and DreadnoughtE, and you’ll be able to choose if you want a 600wh or 800wh battery.
Honestly it looks just like a long travel DruidE.You mentioned above the dreadnoughtE is similar to the druidE but with more travel, does it also remove the lower roller or maintain it like the dreadv2 muscle bike?
what feels compromised on it when you ride it?That's good. The geo on the E-Core felt a bit compromised.
Anyone who's been able to order a druid for 2026 get a spec list for the different builds?
Also curious if anyone has confirmation on motor and battery differences if any?
You not even ridden one have youThat's good. The geo on the E-Core felt a bit compromised.
of course notYou not even ridden one have you![]()
Yea I have heard the same, and they won’t be bringing out a Beta test that turns the motor into a food mixer. LolSame batteries M2 motor. No info on motor but strong rumours and evidence of 130nm and 1300wh
I ordered a tier 3 and it wont be in till July![]()
Honestly it looks just like a long travel DruidE.
And I’m excited to get one.
There’s also a few other new Avinox e-bikes coming out later this year from two brands I sell.
what feels compromised on it when you ride it?
Looks would have been a better word. The geo, on paper, seems a bit more ideal on the standard version as the e-core is essentially just an overforked standard e-Druid.
I suspect that the crew at Forbidden felt the same way, hence the new frame design and dropping the E-core from the lineup.
Well it will no longer be called a Cor-e, they’ll have the DruidE and DreadnoughtE.
Wow, super helpful…. If I’d asked how to combine rides
I found this regarding the rumours around the updated motor. Everything in it seems to back up what I am hearing from variety of sources.Same batteries M2 motor. No info on motor but strong rumours and evidence of 130nm and 1300wh

Okay, trying to work out what is going on here. I'm assuming the revised e-Druid has a few minor body tweaks, colour changes and the new M2 motor. The e-Dreadnaught however is completely reworked? I'm going to assume that Forbidden had both designed and built at the same time. Released the Druid as it is a "lighter model" of bike. All the while kept testing and working the e-Dreadnaught and learning from the feedback from the e-druid.
I'm probably guessing the e-Dreadnaught will be a more refined bike simply because they have had more time to workshop and refine the bike (an additional year) and incorporate any feedback they have had from the Druid.
Fair call? In which case I will hang out for the Dreadie.....
Unlikely.a guy in here has said twice the frames are same just different travel. The druid frames same as last years, diff colour, diff motor M2
So for the Druid the only changes that I can see is color changes, and a revised motor. As far as the DreadnoughtE goes, it looks identical to the Druid with more travel. From the information I've seen from Forbidden the only thing missing was actual geo numbers.Unlikely.
That would be great for current e druid owners. So for the Druid the only changes that I can see is color changes, and a revised motor. As far as the DreadnoughtE goes, it looks identical to the Druid with more travel. From the information I've seen from Forbidden the only thing missing was actual geo numbers.
I don't see what this would be a bad thing though, from my experience so far the Druid rides awesome. Once you get use to the taller stack it's a very confident inspiring bike is the steep gnarly stuff. If you ride lots of blue to green trails it might not be as fun because at times it can be a little harder to keep pressure on the front wheel getting traction with the taller stack.
Looking at the pictures I'm almost convinced the bikes have the same front triangle and different rear ends.
Me too, sight unseen. No can do....lol
Two of the colorways look awesome though, pretty easy to guess which tiers it'll be....lol
For the record I have a tier 2 on order.
