Just got this one in.

160mm front and rear travel, 800wh battery, quoted weight is 20.3 KG.

63.5 head angle, 500mm reach in L, 457mm chainstay, 4 bar horst link suspension, super slim.

Trail / Light enduro use (takes a 170mm in 38 if you want to beef it up a bit).

From £4999 in Alloy to £11499 full carbon top end.

Video out soon, seems like a rocket on my first ride.

Great looking bike, I probably would have bought one over the amflow but I didnt want to wait.

True Rob , i just know they are a pain in the ass to work on , and if you wanna change the bar , your limited in options , assuming the routing is through the bar ?, which model is that you have for testing ? , I was looking at the mid range alloy , the Reason AL05 , not a carbon fan either , old school alloy me :)

Routing is not through the bar (I have changed the stock bar already to a bigger rise). Its through the bottom of the stem though.

I have the top end one (as always brands want to sent the most expensive!) The alloy models actually look really decent. Very smooth hydroformed frames, carbon like.
 
I really want to like this bike, it looks like it's doing 100mph stood still but the headset routing AND no cable ports kill it for me. Fixed battery too, so I suppose none of them are ever going flying.

If flying is the issue and not charging in the hotel room. Until an optional second battery is available for those of us who travel with an eMtb I don't see how it would be possible to use it in 2 different regions.

However, when traveling it would be possible to drop the motor and remove the battery, on the Amflow it is a relatively straight forward process as long as you have a chain ring tool.

I have come to the realization that for my needs I am having to have a bike dedicated for each region that I ride since where I live there is no mountain biking practically speaking. It is not ideal or inexpensive but just a fact of life.

Crussis has the same design as Megamo, so you can't remove battery without removing the motor.
I was thinking about Megamo and wanted to buy it, but when I found out it wouldn't be available until the end of the year, I bought Cube One77.
Now I'm really excited about Crussis; I like its geometry and the way lower swingarm is mounted better.
It's just a shame that aluminum versions have cable routing through the headset. Carbon ones have normal routing, but their colors are ugly too :)
 
Yeah!!! nice looking bike at great price, my doubts are related to the geometry. I'm 1.84 cm 1317 cm wheelbase on size L seems to be a bit bigger in my opinion, waiting for your video test. Thanks

The L is almost an XL - long wheelbase 1313mm, and 500mm reach. Its definitely a very "big" large!

Can i just stick it on record that I also was keen on this bike until I realised it had headset routing. Just in case the manufacturer is reading. I, and it seems many many others, are never going to buy your offerings until that stupid development is confined to history.
 
Agree that headset routing ain't cool, especially on the alloy model. However it's not going to stop me buying the bike if everything else checks out. I think aside from that, everything else looks really good on paper.

Do we think a coil shock will fit under that top tube?

That shock looks very close to the top tube.
I can imagine it being a tight squeeze for a coil.

yeah what's up with these weird colors.. these budget brands need to offer at least single black version, Canyon & YT knew this for a decade

I've already driven the Crussis e-Full 12.11-PRO (here in Austria) and I'm considering it (AMA if you have any questions) - but I want to wait for a test drive with the Reason. The Crussis bikes are a bit heavier than the Megamo ones - the Swiss page lists all the weights CRUSSIS DJI 2026

I feel like the complete hiding and trying to make them look like carbon frames is only a recent development?

I would much rather be able to see the bead. Also nice to know if a crack is starting and catch it before having a catastrophic failure out on the trail.
