😭 iit,s the same place where craks occurred on my light carbon LCE971 after 2 exit (warranty rejected). No problems at this time with my 4060 Z LT(4 months +- 2000 km). have you contacted SCOR ?

I just started the warranty process with SCOR and the retailer I purchased it from. Doesn't inspire confidence in product, plus reports of multiple owners cracking rear triangles, some even going through multiples themselves.

Follow-up, I submitted a claim with JensonUSA 9/23 and 10/7 was informed that SCOR will be sending a replacement frame (not just the rear triangle). Now we'll see how long it takes, as I've been told and read elsewhere, SCOR has pulled all inventory back to Switzerland or the EU.

A fellow with a 6080z has been waiting for a rear triangle for over 45 days from Jenson as well.

Second follow-up, Jenson informed me the frame set has arrived locally and should be in their hands tomorrow. This has turned a lot better than I expected.

While I wait for the frame set... anyone have issues with the cable housing wearing at the exit of the front triangle? This only has 150 'ish miles and its near down to the steel core.

Follow-up, took about a two months, but received my warranty replacement frame from SCOR through JensonUSA. In this time, I kept riding the bike. Initial cracks at the front of the rear triangle were noted after the first 6 rides. Today, after 33 rides and the damage has snowballed and the seat stay is cracked. I've continued to ride the bike normally/hard, only holding back on larger drops.

How the original cracks appear today, not much change...

Hope the new frame works out better for you. I was dead set on getting a Score until I read I was above the max weight limit for the frame. I hate to think how it would have held up for me.

Final update, SCOR approved another warranty replacement frame (would have been my 3rd). However, I pushed back on the dealer [JensonUSA] claiming this was a pattern and its unreasonable to warranty frames every 2 months and all the hassle.

After a bit of back and forth, Jenson offered to refund me and accept return of the bike. The warranty process and communication were frustrating. However, Jenson stood up and did the right thing. They claim on a few customers have had frame warranties and of those only a couple had multiple (including myself).

They are escalating this issue internally and bringing it to SCOR attention as well. They bought the remaining stock of SCORs in the US and have been discounting/selling them. So I imagine they've sold quick a lot... maybe their realizing how big this issue could be. Given, SCOR "covers" the bike for 3-5 years.

Now the question, what to replace it with... Norco Sight VLT, SC Vala, Orbea Wild and Transition Repeater are up there. A DJI/Avinox bike be cool, like the Forbidden Druid, Crestline or Velduro Rogue. Though the long-travel, high-pivot and/or $$$ is kinda of dissuading me.
