No idea, I thought it was coming because they had massive sales on the current models, but now im seeing stock at full price with future delivery dates. So I guess thye at least go through their current stock?
There could also be an issue with stock of the spectral/Neuron/Torque some of which come in light versions, they might want to sell some of their existing bikes before releasing the updated strive which presumably (based on reviews) will outsell all of those other ones they have in the warehouse?

no Strive:ON in stock at all now; for a large CFR it gives a date of December, for a large LTD it says no date available (the Gen5 motor doesn't yet have a race edition) so I'm guessing the next stock will be the 2025 models with Gen5 motor.
I think its likely that the big issues with batteries on the Shimano bike halted some development time.
It doesn't look different enough from the old one to make me want to buy one.
The cables now entering the through the frame rather than the headset is obviously a bonus but the KIS system looks like a gimmick that I'd probably disconnect.
I think I'll keep riding my old one until it breaks.

Same. Not enough difference for me to make the change. Would have loved to see the Kiox 400c integrated.
And I like the cable routing through the headset for aesthetics. Didn’t cause any troubles for me, when I had to remove the fork.
No weight improvements, too. Something I did expect from the switch to CX Gen5.
But let’s wait for the first reviews.

Geo, old battery tech, no room for Kiox 400c, this would have been an okay upgrade 2 years ago! But it’s already dated, at £6.1k there are much better options, you can get a M10 Wild!

This is the kis system?
New entry model seems lacking the good deal we had with the Underdog.
No more Fox38, Duroc (heavy rims)...
What battery is it using?
Can't find the options. Are still the "old" 625/750, or the new 600/800?
What I wish to see:
1) Category 5 - no more excuse of this and that!
2) battery plug near the motor and not near the headtube. Also better retaining system >> smaller batteries would have lower CoG and block would be near the headtube and not near the motor as it is on Gen1
3) higher BB
I think it would be a killer deal with Avinox motor!
