Anyone know if there will be another full fat Kenevo?

Mega expensive 150mm Levo is not the one...

Who knows. I think unlikely, at best I think a LT link for the Levo bumping it to 170mm. Specialized have rated it for a 180mm fork. I think manufactures across the board are trying to slim down portfolios.

180/150 lol. I'll keep the old 29er Kenevo trucking I think, still an absolute weapon

Cheers

I think as much as the Kenevo had a cult following and those who own them love them (including myself) ultimately they sold a lot less of them compared to Levo and with the Gen 4 Levo able to take 180mm forks that has put a nail in the coffin for Kenevo.
If the Kenevo were ever to make a comeback it would need to be based around a DH platform to distance itself enough from the Levo.

I wouldn’t rule out seeing a Levo DH (alloy) with 180mm Boxxer and 170mm rear travel.

If they base it on the Gen4, it will be about 28kg's ! :D

Haha yeah good point. I just weighed my mad max full 29er Kenevo, 180/180 S4 with a 700 battery, dh tyres, and scales say 24.09 kg, maybe they're adding ballast to the new bikes

Nice bike !!!!

A lot of bike for the weight compared to the new Lardo.
Bahaha Lardo

Selling the Kenevo with the wrong size wheels was a massive mistake from spesh, it's so fast in that setup single crown full 29. Guess they didn't want to undermine the SL or something

Never seen one in raw - was that a long and expensive process to do?
It didn't cost anything but it was a pain in the arse, took loads of false starts to get a method that worked - stripper and polishing pads on an airline mainly. No t perfect but way better than the dogshit matt paint they came with

It also revealed that dent on the down tube that's been filled with epoxy at the factory before it was sprayed - sort of quality you expect on a 7k bike.....

I'm wondering if the cascade link from the levo would work on the full kenevo. They look identical, the kenevo is mounted just a bit further back on the seat tube. I guessing that is where the 30mm of travel cam from. I gave up the LT link and ext on the levo and it was way better than the shitty kenevo linkage. But I wanted the longer chainstay..

I don't think so. The clevis and seat stays attach to the linkage differently on the kenevo.
