Unno Mith released with DJI motor, 800Wh battery

I’m not too worried right now, the DJI on my Amflow can use all its power and set a KOM up hill in my local woods and still not exceed an average of 250w over 30miles.

Interesting. The EU price (10095 EUR) is the same right now for August batch. I checked the Swiss option and still see same price as well. I see 9 680 CHF for Race model, so 10250 EUR).
 
Interesting, why would they offer it cheaper to Swiss previously? The higher price was there from day one to everyone else in EU (but also UK). Isn't it just mistake or VAT inclusion change?

Shop couldn't tell me. Was the same with the previous unno bikes. I'd guess it's about VAT. Gonna call the shop to see if the old prices stay for june deliveries or if the new prices already kick in now.

If you’ve already placed your order and paid a deposit then that is the price you should pay. It’s the price you entered the agreement at.

I sent a Mail to the shop and am waiting for clarification on that new price tag..
I also have an order for a new Bullit. Both are not available around here so I have to order one to see it.. 🤪 If the Unno really is 1500 more than what I thought, ouch..

There are always ways for a seller to wriggle out of a purchase contract, that’s all I meant.

...carefully of the Mith, it has given me nightmares about my '19 Foxy that you 'needed to be active' (i.e. turns like sh*t) to get it to go fast. I really loved many things about the Mondraker but truly hated this trait.

The Mith is a lovely piece of kit, and I'm certain that for many riders/ terrains/ styles/ speeds this will not be an issue at all. But the tester's S2 had this issue and I'd be on an S3 which should magnify this particular negative handling trait.

My list of next e-bikes has been whittled way down to just 2, and the Mith is not one of them.
I have an E-Druid deposit, but am freaked out by the geo.
And am watching the Bosch updates to go in what I'd call my standard ideal geo on a Regulator.

Thankfully I'm patient.

Ive learnt you can't base your buying decision entirely on someone else's opinion.
The Unno still got "Editors choice ", so hardly a negative review.
It was also 4th best on the climb, which is the exact thing they marked it down on?
I had big reservations on buying a Pole Voima based on all the reports of a similar nature, I.e high front end, having to weight it and adapt your riding style.
This all proved to be rubbish to me, the Voima has been the best bike I have ever owned, and handles superbly.

For sure ideally, I'd prefer to ride each bike I'm interested in 100% with my preferred set up, but it's just not possible for me.

I have found that bike reviewers can be very subtle in their criticisms, however. A small/ medium complaint in a review is often a glaring fault in the real world.

So, all I have to go on are reviews. But also, I know from experience that Transitions always suit me and are a safe choice. I've had 4 of them and currently own 2.

I'm certain that my little position after not even riding one, isn't going to hurt Mith sales!

I Hope i get my Mith Race S3 in June. I already bought it and have been the first buyer in the store who will get 3 Mith in June so let‘s wait and see

Think they had bearing issues with the previous model, hence the size upgrade. Old vs New :

That is one of my pet peaves. Stupid little pivot bearings that wear out fast.
I had that on my 2017 slayer. The lower pivot bearing was tiny and just burnt through them.
I like a good chunky bearing that lasts a long time
