Other Have a Specialized battery charger handy?

I need to figure if my new SPecialized battery charger is missing some pins? How many pins are on YOUR Specialized charger? Just ordered this brand new charger from Ascent Cycles (SBC-C04). The charger magnetically connects fine but never goes from green to red (to indicate charging) on my como 4.0. When you look at the pins on my charger, some appear missing. Is this how they all look? So do the pins on mine look like the ones on yours or did I somehow get a bad charger?

Perfect! Thank you much! I'll now have to figure out why it wont go red to show charging. Bike has 85% but charger stays green...

Are you plugging in to the wall outlet first or the battery first. Manual states wall outlet first. I have other bikes, brands that are just the opposite.

You are a genius! New bike, the limit charging was certainly selected, that was it. You all are great, two answers, same day, solution found.
