How are those Miranda cranks? good quality?PNW range alloy bars, 35mm rise, PNW loam grips and PNW range pedals. There was a great sale at the PNW store, lol.
Oh, and Miranda cold-forged al 150mm cranks. No more pedal strike zone.
They're cranks. They go round and round. If you bend them then that protects the motor. They're cheap. Use 155's on our Trek Rails. Got a spare set in the garage. How are those Miranda cranks? good quality?
I just picked one up recently as well. We had one of our kid's friends along for a 6 mile trail ride. He got a flat about 4 miles in. I pumped it back up with the Cycplus AS2 Pro. He was able to make it all the way back home to make a proper repair. I am pleased with the purchase. It gives a little extra peace of mind for those longer rides.Cycplus AS2 pro
Very nice! How do you like the Shredda tires? I am interested in picking up a couple of alberts to test here in the high desert.Got tired of the massive 51 tooth cassette and derailer catching trail trash. I also never used the 45 or 51 tooth sprockets, so downsized to a 10-45 and medium cage derailer. View attachment 154826

I actually like them a lot, I think the Alberts would be better on hard pack or slab rock, but loose or soft terrain these are great!Very nice! How do you like the Shredda tires? I am interested in picking up a couple of alberts to test here in the high desert.
Great, that will work perfectly for me! Thanks for the feedback!I actually like them a lot, I think the Alberts would be better on hard pack or slab rock, but loose or soft terrain these are great!

I just ordered a new rear tire also.
Is there a story behind this? Replacement or is it the first time there’s been a display on your bike?
Have similarly tried to clean Velcro and also failed to remove embedded shit.1m of 20mm wide Velcro (or should that be hook and loop?) strapping. As the old Velcro was getting grotty...and even after a good wash and scrub it still looked grotty with mud stains, grass, seeds etc that was beyond the time/ effort / patience of removing with tweezers.

Not here yet …buuuuut… when I install the tire (Maxxis Assigia)I will align the air valve between the XX.Well where's a pic of the tyre? Or is it a secret?![]()
That is a good looking lid!A new lid to replace the one that saved me a concussion when I smacked the back of my head into a tree on Roots Manoeuvres.
I’ve always used the 100% Aircraft 2 and they’ve been fabulous — I didn’t even have a concussion when I hit the ground hard enough to crack the shell of the helmet — but it’s become really difficult to find one in stock and I’ve heard rumours that 100% aren’t going to be doing full face helmets anymore.
So this time I’ve gone for the Alpinestars Missile Tech Solid helmet, which was a bargain at £150 (down from £400) courtesy of TradeInn. It fits a tiny bit better than the 100% but could do with a tad less crown padding, but as the pads pack out it should be spot on.
