Hi !
I have a bike equipped with a Shimano EP801. It has kickstand, and I get minimal interference between the left crank and the kickstand, so I would like to install a crankset with larger Q-factor. Just a few mm. The original Shimnao crankset is 177mm, I would like to go to 180-182mm.
Does it exist ?

I don't know for sure, but let's assume that one will exist.....
Are you sure that your knees will be happy with that?
What about the pedals fouling when you lean the bike over?
I know it's only 5mm, but you might notice that in ways that are an unpleasant surprise. :(

PS: If crank is missing the kickstand, then what is the problem?
Personally, unless it was a vital bit of kit, I'd get rid of the kickstand if it was bothering me that much. Rather that than make an expensive purchase. I have never needed a kickstand, never even briefly wondered if I my ownership experience might be improved by one.

The bike is a cargobike, so the kickstand is a must ;)
Thank you anyways for your inputs !

When you say "minimal interference" between the kickstand and the crank, what do you mean?
1) Do you mean that they don't touch each other, but the clearance is minimal? Or
2) Do you mean that they do touch each other, but it is minimal?

I'm asking because although your English is very good, sometimes words mean different things when translated.
If 1) then especially on a cargo bike with no chance of trail debris, then I would take no action.
If 2) then I'd put some protective tape on the crank, or change/move/amend the kickstand if it is an annoying contact.

I would not be looking at changing the cranks. But then again, if you use the bike for a living, I can understand how irritating must be the constant tapping noise.

Can the kick stand be adjusted at all? Can a different kick stand be fitted that doesn't interfere?

Both of those avenues would be a lot cheaper and simpler than dicking with cranks imop.

If you replace the crank arms with anything but the shimano ones, it will void warranty and non std crank arms have been known to crack the crank spline they are bolted to.

Those were the e13 cranks causing cracking. I've been running 5devs for 2 1/2 years without issue.

Good to know, thanks !
