Just when you think it's getting drier it gets really wet. Rivers high up here just now. Speyside way bit open again it takes a fair battering in winter , lots of trees down . Been closed a couple months . New hope cranks 155mm , no pedal strikes today mum.

Got a good deal going with my neighbour . If I sort a bike I get a pressie. Changed a broken Noodle yesterday on the bairns bike .

Blink & the whole scene changes ..
The start of " Into The Valley " on the Deadwater Trail at Kielder ..it felt completely naked without the tree cover but thankfully the trail remains intact ..


The summit of Deadwater Fell..aliens are still visiting

It was good to finally iron the kinks out of ( still) tired legs after the recent Scottish Highlands trip on my local trails ..

Got new battery so all seems well did a 24 mile ride so hopefully that's it sorted. Friend for the Levo. Managed a swift one in Fiddochside first time ive seen it open. Won't be going back £8 .70 for a dram .

Bolts Law full route with bits of Slaley Forest thrown in ( 27 miles ) with Ant & Wayne .
Cracking ride but lots of standing water ..Good to be out there

Now I have a Gen 4 that's totally dead and needs a replacement.
The Gen 2 is now nice and quiet.
And the 500 race bike is in bits at the classic TT on the Isle of Man .
Still got another two we can destroy yet

I was in to motto Cross 80s. Not a road biker until I had a comeback 2005 bought a bike which i kept for a couple of years then sold . Then buy another two years later and sell two years later and so on. Too dangerous they were out in droves yesterday up Aviemore way some pretty dodgy riding a couple of them. Yes mechanicing is a much better idea.

It's got a mudstop fitted and the centre oil seal, plus I went up to an 18
