Hi guys, hope everyone is enjoying the snow and mud.

Hopefully doing a ride with Rob soon, to show him the booster battery packs I make and also to catch up on the latest 2019 Levo.

Would love people’s feedback on having an extra 252wh or 378wh booster pack.

Hope to meet and ride with a lot of members?

Will they fit 2019 and Pre 2019 Levo’s?

I am going to Berkshire bikes to make loom up for the 2019 models on Wednesday ?
252wh is £450 and the 378wh is £500 till Monday ?

Thanks for the quick response
Another question, what is the total weight of both options including the wiring loom?

252wh kit is 1.6kg and 378wh kit is 2kg.

I will be developing systems for other bikes but funding and time in the lab is required.

Hopefully I can fully develop bigger batteries for specialized which will allow further brand concepts like my future Levo system ?

Does it fit to Kenevo and how easy it is to install on the trails if you need it? Normally I'd like to keep it in the packbag
Hi, the idea with lithium batteries load sharing is to have them fully charged and connected from the start. That way you get best performance from all the cells in both batteries.
Kenevo is same plug and play as Levo. Just you get a flat top battery due to the shock ?
You can disconnect the booster and put it away just using the specialized battery but the best mileage is from both batteries sharing load to motor for whole ride ?

Can we see the internal connections and a brief description of what is required to install.
Everything looks great from the outside, very clean.
If this is fitted easily then I'm very interested.
Install requires changing bottle cage, remove left crank and motor covers. Replace loom with plug in specialized trailwatts loom and run cable up front of motor to exit where rear brake pipe and wheel sensor routes.
Pop booster battery in cage nd plug in?

The carbon models only have to fit loom and cage then plug in booster.

I’ll be doing fitting days in wales every other month and visiting areas for group fits. Takes 15-20 min to fit. My 13 yr old has done it in 25? due to bribery with chocolate bar ?

This battery bottle looks very similar to another available system on the market.
Is it the same under a different label?

No, nothing to do with those. Different system completely. My module uses no diodes and has been 2 years in development aswell as microprocessor manufacturing starting 13th February 2019.

Thank you for your interest.

Spent a day configuring 2019 modules to fit and cable routing etc. Crazy bends on the 2019 levo ?

Thank you Lenny74, look forward to all the customers and the future of trail watts.

Is the 378wh model available for the Kenevo or is it just the smaller model?

The Kenevo frame only allows for 252wh battery with flat top. Eventually I will develop a battery box which will house 300/400wh but that takes r&d plus time.

252wh is plenty bringing your battery to 756wh.

Yes - go get Yourself a booster / spare battery - it makes Your riding so much more carefree when the range anxiety is almost none existing
