I ordered the 16mm spacer and forgot the 32mm

I was concerned by the fact I do not have a air compressor to set the tires on their rims seat.
I used some dish soap and inflated the wheels with a classic hand pump.
The tires seat just below 2 bar, i inflated to 3 kg. I will check tomorow if they leak.
Finally, the most difficult was to mount the tires on the rims

You need to rotate the tyres to that the logos line up with the ones on the wheels!!

Looks like it's all coming together though - bet you can't wait to have it out on the trails!

I mount the rear first and did'nt mind the logos. I will redo like the front

Waiting for some parts, dropper seat post, 32mm spacer, etc.
I checked the motor fit with the wiring.
