Anyone have a range extender not charge?

I just got a Extender for my '21 M10, the box says carbon RS '22 model, it works with the bike, but trying to charge it again, it's flashing the LED's for load overload. I only have the stock charger to test, anyone had this? I can borrow a friends charger to try, but my bike charges fine.

Anyone else have a M series charger that looks like this? I think the shop I got mine from sent me a non oem charger. I borrowed my friends charger which looks different and is from a '22, and it works now. Emailed orbea to confirm.

They sent you a non oem charger
This is not original charger for M21 series.

This one is the Orbea charger for M Series
