Can you swap parts on the 29 to switch to the MX?

My good friend has the Decoy 29, 2019 edition, and I tried it with a 27.5 wheel, and liked it a lot better. The BB was way too low though, even in Hi, and looking at the geo chart between the two, the MX has shorter chainstays as well. Is there a breakdown of what's different between the bikes, and is it possible to order just those parts?
