If you had a bolt to articulate the mount where the red dot is, I'm sure it would fit lots of bikes.

If you need a mount like that you would generally problems mounting a bottle on the frame, as frames are all very different your design wouldn't fit them all. With some adjustment in the mount it's be a winner.

I've just upgraded my rear shock to one with an external oil reservoir and my stumpy bottle does not fit on the normal mount anymore. I don't think this would help me, but if the bottle was tilted 10-15 degrees it'd probably fit and I'd buy one.

what is your bike ?
 
I do, but my small bottle no longer fits with my new shock. Space was tight before the shock upgrade, now the bottle hits the shock.
 
Yes, that's exactly what I meant.
I think you could do away with the clamp opposite the bottle mount and have the articulation bolt clamp both parts perhaps?

Sounds ideal ... but might reduce the scope of tubes it would fit around ?
 
 
I have an anet a8 at home. Ultimaker 2+, 3 extended and form 2 at work. Great machines.

What size Commencal fame does that fit? Looking for one for a Commencal Meta Power 29 Race 2019 Medium with coil shock. That looks the Signature for that year. Are they €35 shipped to UK? Also where do I find the correct bottle to fit?

You could have solved a christmas present for SWMBO!
