Speed limit on 2019 turbo levo

Hey guys, I used BElevo to deresrict my 2017 levo, but apparently on the 2019 it's impossible, I want to do it with software not hardware, any useful and non lecturing suggestions would be appreciated!!

Don't waste your time, it cannot be done just by "software alone", sorry.

OK, how about moving sensors etc then, I rode an 18 with a magnet on the crank arm, sensor wheel moved to outside of frame.

You can do that, but the cable might be too short, don't know.
Or you can get this:
