I'm guessing only test bikes have the upgrade so far and public release is in a few weeks - end of July ?

Other than the new colour there’s no difference to my wife’s 2020 Rail 7. My LBS was aware of the software update for more torque but it’s not available yet. As soon as it is I’ll pop back in with both bikes and he’ll update them.

My Trek Rail 7 (2021) in the same (new for 2021 "Miami Green/Nautical Navy") colour is due to arrive here in Switzerland next week - I was informed in the Trek ebike shop the only differences between 2020 & 2021 Rail 7 models will be the replacement x2 new colour schemes for the bike. Can't wait!!
