Is it a same sound as this? It is really loud and the bike is new.

Difficult to tell from your video. Try riding slower and use your phone handheld so that it shows both crank rotation and wheel rotation. I was able to determine that the noise emanated from the back wheel and was in synch with the wheel rotating. Do another video.

That sound is more like a flapping sound than ticking. Ill try to do another video.

When I look back at my analysis process it was not perfect and I missed some clues.
I did do some things right though!
See if the noise is there when rotating the cranks on the workstand. That narrows down the problem quite a bit.

I'm going to probably guess completely wrong and suggest that sounds like the chain guide.
