I have just got the FLOAT DPX2 Factory EVOL 210x52,5 (2019 Turbo Levo) on my 2019 FSR Expert and had it and the new Fox forks just set up for me by the guys at Plush, part of Brink cycles next to Chicksands. First impressions are that it's definitely better and more plush than the stock RockShox Deluxe RT3, which is a great shock anyway. Much more controlled than the RT3, and loads of adjustment to play with.

Hi mate I am looking at doing tthe same upgrade on a 2020 expert. When you change the fork can you still use the swat tool in the fork tube
Thanks

I have this Y/T magnetic cage/bottle on order, took some measures and it should fit with the DPX2

The Whyte Cycles water bottle fits on my TL with the DPX2 fitted and standard cage

Sorry only fitted the shock mid week and not yet ridden on double checking today doesn't quite fit :( Just bought the YT 3000 £50 with mount and delivery ouch!

You can buy just the YT 3000 bottle for $10, fits snuggly in the stock Levo cage, although for $50 you are getting two bottles and a very nice carbon cage. YT 3000 Bottle is 10mm shorter than the 4000 shown above.

Including shipping its £20 in the U.K

I'm popping down to my local Evans Cycles this week and getting one of these... £3.99

went with the YT3000 expensive but a great fit and good capacity as well. Also gets ride of the standard bottle cage that makes locking my bike to a ground anchor much easier. So double bonus, still expensive though :)

Can you post a pic please?

With the 2019 Shock Float DPX2 Performance Evol 210 x 52.5 from a Specialized Stumpjumper Pro EVO 27.5, I found the shock bottoming out (190 lb rider, 240 lb air & set on trail mode; open was too progressive) as it has a medium spacer installed as part of the factory tune. A large spacer was added this week which will hopefully fix the bottoming while still keep the ultra plush feeling. Otherwise it's off for a custom tune at suspensionwerx (Whistler).
You can buy a kit to move the bottle mounting position lower on the frame (large), removing the tool in the process. There are of course some small (kids-type) bottles with 350ml available.Like this I found on Amazona.ca here: I have a rather large and old Rabobank bottle collection and the pre-Giant one just fits!

Where is everyone purchasing their DPX2's at? Everywhere I've found online (for the 210x52.5) seem to be valved for the Trek Fuel.

just a heads up, the levo's can run a 210x55 shock with no problems at all. I have my x2 in the high flip chip as well and it's nice!

Can you guys share your weight and DPX2 pressure?
I'm 220 fully geared. managed to pump my 210x52.2 DPX2 to 320psi at about 40% sag... I need 30% but I'm concerned as I get closer to the max 350 psi. Am I missing something here?

Mine is around 260psi. I’m 100kg. If you’ve got the correct volume spacer you won’t bottom out ?

It should have the correct one fitted for an eBike from your dealer! I haven’t checked exactly what mine was but it’s never bottomed out :)

I found that by rotating the cage clockwise and slightly lowering it that I can fit a normal sized bottle. The shock is already offset to the left side of the frame so it doesn't take much to clear it. Best part is that it's free if you have a dremel or small file.
