What are the weights of the new 2027 Zeb versus the previous model in a 180 mm length?
The timing on this is rather impeccable, @Rizzle, since the 2027 Zeb literally dropped yesterday. Here's what we know: The 2027 Zeb weighs 2,600g, though

Pinkbike notes that's 2,650g with the fender. That's a meaningful bump up from the outgoing model, and worth noting that the 2027 now maxes out at 180mm, dropping the 190mm option that was available on the previous Zeb. For the outgoing Zeb Ultimate (A3, Charger 3.1) at 180mm, the listed starting weight is 2,341g. Our own community data backs that up: @sanosan34 weighed a Zeb Ultimate 170 at 2,360g with the mudguard.

So you're looking at roughly a 260-310g increase depending on whether you're comparing with or without fender. That's a chunky gain, but it's a ground-up redesign: new wider crown for stiffness, new ButterWagon stanchions, LinearXL air spring, Charger 3.2 damper, and adjustable bottom out (ABO).

Fork pressures are significantly higher than the outgoing Zeb too, with one tester going from 56 PSI on the old one to 125 PSI on the new, so it's a completely different setup experience.

Thinking about this for the Crestline build?
