Xt rear derailleur questions

Bikes are so much quieter now compared to 25 years ago because of the clutch in the derailleur

While we are on the subject of the clutch, I have a full XT drive train, when I start a ride with the clutch on the drive train is noisy, like chain rub. After 5 minutes it quiets down to normal.

With the clutch off its quieter from the start.
Same when I tried to adjust the mech in the work stand, so its only loud when under load.

I clean/lube the whole drive train pretty much after every ride.

Any thoughts as to what might be causing this?
It's like the chain needs a few minutes to warm up, a bit like me but I'm considerably older than it

esa palanca es para cuando circules por una senda con mucha vibracion, la cadena no salte y golpee la vaina de la bicicleta
