That light setting is a bit " out " ( to me anyway ..)
Its set too far forward with no foreground illumination ..
Re-adusted to cover this coupled with a decent helmet mounted light will improve things dramatically ..rain or no rain

This is a helmet lamp ...
Where I look I have light, so here I look a little further ahead of me.

This is my 2 lights I plan to use for night rides. One for the helmet and one for the handlebar.

no, my lighting is perfect!
I like to look further ahead when I drive faster ...

And I also have a lamp on my handlebars! Haha
 
I know this probably goes slightly against the grain for this thread as
a) These are two year old pictures
b) They don't feature an ebike
..but they were taken within the last week.. two years ago on Bolts Law, Co.Durham .
Thats one of my good friends & riding buddies ..Talisker as I like to call him ..and it was just a great day ..
I havent seen him or a good few others since March due to this pandemic ..but look forward to the day when we can ride again..??

Cheeky hour on the locals. -2 deg so zero feeling in the fingers. Can’t decide which is better, churned up deep mud or frozen solid churned up deep mud?

Got stuck on a hairpin steep climb. Traction limited due to frozen ground. Selected High to get going again and promptly looped it, such is the immediate power surge of the Flyon. Pretty sure I styled it out! Just love the eeb.

Looks good, I'd sure like to get out at some point this winter, but we went from freezing rain to snow and below 0 F temps with lots of wind.
