Will of been covered before but help needed

Will of been covered before but has anyone fit 2.6 tyres to a 29er and is there clearance for it on the rear ? Looking at hillbilly 2.6 or 2.3 if wont fit cheers

My Focus Jam2 9.6 NINE came with 29x2.6" tyres, Maxxis Rekons to be precise.

I didn't like the lack of grip and replaced them with 29x2.5 HR II 3C WT EXO TR. Brilliant!

So, lookup the exact width of the tyres for comparison, most tyres are narrower than stated.

The Rekons are quite volumious (not sure if I just made this up), deep and wide, If it takes them them most other 2.6 29 should also fit.
