So I’m in the market for my first emtb and considering either a levo SL, levo or a decoy.

Why did you choose a YT??

I ordered a YT with no other pre EMTB bike experience and this is why I bought the YT .
For me I came down to what I could pay, what I was willing to pay and what suited my needs . I have never flinched at dropping large sums on bikes .
I feel the Levo S works is probably the best EMTB on the market power, weight, performance , but for 20K AU I felt its over priced .
The DECOY top spec is 12K in AU so about 35% cheeper , so 8K available for any bike malfunction or shipping cost is a no brainer .
Sure the Levo has better range , more toque slight weight advantage but I don't think I need it . I felt the YT looked more capable for my riding needs . The YT offered a better spec for of things I like .
The Levo SL base looks like a dog and the weight and light trail spec looks a bit confused for power ,
But ultimately , the price and attitude of specialised dealer , the monopoly specialised tries to have really puts me off the brand .
I like free market capitalists so I like how YT drives down prices increase and my purchasing power.

Because the Decoy in the mullet version is the best e-enduro currently on the market. Much more confidence inspiring than Levo or Trek Rail on descents. Can’t speak for Decoy 29, though.

The Decoy has very high spec components for what you pay. They are great bikes and I would get one again. The new Decoy Elite released today is very nice indeed. Fox 38 and all.

Theres only about 3 brands I found that can deliver this bang for buck and they are YT, Propain, and Commencial. But damn the YT is sexiest by far.
