hi does anybody know what headset i should use for the rise?

which bike? for the rise? what do you mean? handlebar and stem can have rise.
get what suits you, adjust if needed, adjust stem position, try different bar rises.
or do you mean a lower headset cup with higher stack? you go for external headset, then it will add stack.
Measure the head tube. and go by that.
which headset type is it? integrated(cartridge bearings directly into the head tube), semi integrated( cups pressed in, but bearing is hidden), external cups( as the name says it's external)
if it's integrated headset you can't use the headset to change hehadangle. by installing an external headset.
then you need 9Point8 Slack-R.
